Remote Patient Monitoring

Initial patient education and setup. This is billed once per episode of care, which must be a minimum of 16 days in length.

Supply of the remote patient monitoring kit. This must be capable of at least daily transmission and alerts. This is billed once per 30 days. The minimum length of the episode of care is 16 days.

The first 20 minutes of monitoring time within a calendar month. This is billed once per 30 days. The service is delivered under general supervision, meaning that it does not need to be the physician who does the monitoring.

Each additional 20 minutes of monitoring time within a calendar month. There is no limit to the number of times this can be billed in a calendar month. The service is delivered under general supervision, meaning that it does not need to be the physician who does the monitoring.

*Estimate with 30 mins of patient compliance monitoring and 30 mins of care plan management monitoring per episode. Actual returns will vary depending on the payer, mac, patient compliance, and actual time spent reviewing data. This number does not include CCM or TCM revenue that is additional and available with our platform.
